Our client, a New York resident vacationing on Cape Cod, was a passenger on a moped operated by her adult son. When her son attempted to turn left they were struck by a car traveling in the opposite direction. Our client sustained a massive life threatening injury to her right leg requiring her to be airlifted to Boston for emergency surgery. She underwent multiple surgeries in the ensuing months but has miraculously made an excellent recovery.
