*The client was a retired high school principal who had worked for several summers as a laborer at a construction company when he was a young man. His job as a laborer took him into paper mills in Western Massachusetts where he was exposed to asbestos. This case involved several very complicated legal issues including premises liability. Tragically, the client ultimately died from mesothelioma.
