Sean P. Kelly is a trial attorney who has tried dozens of jury and bench trials to verdict. At Spada Law Group his practice focuses on personal injury litigation and workers' compensation, representing people who have been hurt in crashes, on the job, and by unsafe conditions.

Sean joined Spada Law Group after several years at a well-established personal injury firm in the Merrimack Valley. Before that he ran his own trial practice in Woburn while training under a respected bankruptcy and domestic relations practitioner. That path gave him something many lawyers never get early in a career: real time on his feet, in front of real juries.

Sean chairs the Civil Rights and Social Justice Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association (the "MBA") and is a former member of its Young Lawyers Division. He also belongs to the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Greater Lowell Bar Association. He has served as a panelist for the MBA on election protection, workers' compensation, and "Survive and Thrive," has lectured on the Americans with Disabilities Act at Endicott College, and has spoken on WCAP 980 about bankruptcy matters. He has been recognized by several outlets, including Super Lawyers: Rising Stars (2021–2026), Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2026–2027), and Boston Magazine's Top Lawyers (2025).

He is deeply involved in the town where he lives. Sean is an elected member of the Westford Select Board, the Town’s executive board, and before that he served six years as an elected member of the Westford School Committee, where he helped negotiate contracts with town unions. He currently serves on the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments ("NMCOG") and previously sat on the Board of Directors of Westford Community Access Television.

Sean earned his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire. Born and raised in New England, he has spent his career fighting for the underdog.

Away from the office, Sean enjoys resistance training and spends his time with his wife and their three young sons.
